Dr. Bruce Sims, D.M.D.

Dr. Bruce Sims is a highly skilled Port Washington dentist dedicated to providing gentle and effective care to patients of all dental backgrounds. A 1983 graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Bruce Sims believes that excellent oral health begins with education and prevention and has made it his mission to enlighten patients to ways they can take greater control over their own dental health. Dr. Bruce Sims is committed to continuing education and remaining aware of the latest advancements in oral health and dentistry.

With nearly 35 years of practice and experience, Dr. Sims is approaching 1500 hours of continuing education. This enables him to keep up with with the latest advancements in dentistry. His memberships include The American Dental Association, New York State Dental Society, Queens County Dental Society, and several local study groups. Dr Sims is also a senior consultant for the publication, the Dental Advisor. As a senior consultant Dr. Sims test new products then rates and reports them. On a personal note, Dr Sims grew up and lives on the North Shore of Long Island. He is married and has two sons. In is spare time Dr Sims loves traveling and boating, enjoys playing golf and tennis and is a car enthusiast. In 2002 Dr. Sims had his 15 minutes of fame by appearing on the seasons finale of Sex and the City.

My name is Jagdish. I’m married with two beautiful kids. I have 11years of experience as a dental assistant . I graduate from New York school of dental and medical assistant in 2005. It’s very easy and fun to work with Dr. Sims. I love to spend my free time with my family and lovely dog.
